TOWNHOUSE EXTENSION

The brief was turning this small ground floor flat into a two bedroom property with a big open family space at the rear. The access was narrow and on the neighbours land, creative thinking soon overcame those challenges and solutions were found that enabled the client to realise the full vision.

The entire project ran on time and on budget.
