“We've worked with Chris and the team on three projects from 2019 to 2022. We've been really happy with the work they delivered. They have always approached the work with respect and care for our home and family, sensitivity to the peculiarities of the 16th/17th century building and flexibility when the unexpected happened.
Before the work started Chris asked lots of questions to make sure that the team really understood what we wanted and any potential constraints. During delivery, Chris and the team always worked hard to keep the schedule moving. The team has a real eye for detail and all finishes were dealt with meticulously. We felt that any new challenges were met with a positive, solution-focused approach and without complaint. Where unknown existing asset conditions were found that impacted our design, Chris leant on his design experience and collaborative approach to find solutions that worked well for client, builder, architect and engineers.
The team were proud of their work and committed to the job - they didn't disappear half way through!
Throughout each project, Chris was straightforward on any additional costs and agreement of changes took place in real time, not at the end.
